TERMS & CONDITIONS by making a booking a paying a deposit you automatically agree to them

  1. NUMBER OF GUESTS: You have paid for the number of guests on your receipt. If you have additional guests stay the night you are breaching this agreement and you will be asked to leave the resort with NO REFUND.

  2. NO SCHOOLIES - if so you have to leave the resort with no refund.

  3. CLEANING: The Guest authorizes the manager to charge their credit card for additional cleaning required should a unit be vacated by the guest in an untidy manner. (maximum a $100.00) A $30 fee does apply for unwashed dishes.

  4. NOT LIABLE: The Body Corporate, Managers & Unit Owners are not liable for any injury, damage or loss of property which the occupier may sustain during the course of their stay at Glen Eden Beach Resort. 

  5. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE: All parties signing or occupying the forementioned unit is liable for any broken or missing property of this unit and are liable to pay for any loss or damage. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH WET OR BABY WIPES, NAPPIES, SANITARY PADS DOWN THE TOILET!

  6. NO SMOKING: Smoking is forbidden in units or common areas of the resort. A fee of $300 will be charged (for deodorizing & cleaning) if you have been smoking inside the unit.

  7. INDIVIDUAL OWNERS- PLEASE RESPECT PROPERTY:  Please note that all units have individual owners who are welcoming you to stay at their holiday homes therefore please respect their property.

  8. POWER USAGE:  Please close all doors when using the aircon and turn it off when leaving the unit.

  9. NO ANIMALS OR PETS: These are prohibited from the property with the exception of the natural fauna.

  10. COMPLIANCE OF RULES: The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply.

  11. REFUND:  For early departure. Mid – High Season If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. Low Season If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00 If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. In case of no show, the whole amount for the stay is going to be charged on the date of the booked arrival day. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance occurring where the apartment/s booked become unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with a full refund and no further obligation on our part. We recommend that you take out travel insurance for any unforeseen events. We strongly suggest taking out Travel Insurance. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on early departures nor Over Night Stays.

  12. POOLSIDE UNITS:  Pool gates must be closed at all times. You may not force the gate open. If you find that the gates or doors are not operating effectively, please inform the manager immediately.

  13. DRIVEWAY SPEED:  The speed limit on the driveway is 10km. Please watch your speed.

  14. LOST KEYS: In case of losing or breaking a key $60.00 will be charged.

  15. SELF-CATERING: We provide a complimentary issue of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid & toilet paper. Once the first issue has been used, we do expect guests to replenish their own supplies as we are a self-catering accommodation - if you would like extra service (new sheets, towels, cleaning - we can arrange that for you for an extra $100.00/service) Fresh towels, bathmats, hand towels can be hired for $6.00/each.

  16. E-MAIL: I agree that my e-mail address can be used for marketing.

  17. CREDIT CARD: I agree my scanned card to be charged for any damage or extra cleaning maximum $100.00 - exceeding amount needs my written permission.

  18. HIRE EQUIPMENT: Glen Eden Beach Resort or it's subsidiary Mikki's Daughter PTY LTD is not liable for any injuries caused by it and I am liable for any damage done to the hired equipment.

  19. Glen Eden Beach Resort has followed all the current guidelines for COVID-19.

  20. PAYMENT: Full payment due on day of check-in by 3 pm. By making the booking the guest automatically authorizes the resort to use the provided credit card for the payment.
