Booking & Check-In
What Time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:30 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Apartments can not be occupied earlier but you can drop in, finalise your account and check-in and most likely garage your vehicle and/or store your luggage until your apartment is ready.
Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
No. You just have to finalize your bill.
Is after-hours check-in available?
Yes - it is in your confirmation e-mail. If you don't have one please give us a call or send us an e-mail or a text to 0411626021.
Can I have a late check-out?
Departure time is strictly 10 am.
When do I have to pay a deposit?
On the day that you have made the booking.
What are the reception hours?
Monday till Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.
Saturday 9:00 am till 12:00 am.
Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?
Absolutely - and it is FREE - we give you all the discounts and more that you would find online.

Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes - FREE WIFI with unlimited data - able to stream Netflix

Is there car parking available?
There is one undercover car park per stay. We also have guests car parks on both sides of the resort.
Is all linen provided?
Yes. You just need your beach towel - but you can hire one if you would like too.
How often are the rooms serviced?
After every 7 nights.
Is the pool heated?
Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Peregian Village is a 2-minute drive or a 15-minute walk where you can find lots of trendy cafes and restaurants.
Is there public transport nearby?
The bus stop is in front of the resort. Buses run every half an hour to all directions of the Sunshine Coast.
What local attractions are in the area?
Noosa Heads and Hastings Street
The Sunshine Coast Hinterland
Noosa and Maroochy River
Where can I buy groceries locally?
Farmers markets or local grocery store at Peregian Beach or at the Peregian Beach Market
