Hinterland Craft Beer Festival: There's fine brews, tasty food and live music at the Hinterland Craft Beer Festival at Imperial Hotel Eumundi, this Sat 29 June, noon to 8pm – be there if you love making beer, learning about beer or tasting beer! Some of the Sunshine Coast’s best brewers will be there – Heads of Noosa, Copperhead Brewery, Moffat Beach Brewery, Sunshine Brewery, Sunshine Coast Brewery, Brouhaha Brewery, Your Mates Brewing and Eumundi Brewery. Also free brewery tours and music from Cadence, Benny O, Danny Widdicombe, Palomino III, The Brown Trouts, Shannon Sol Carroll, Ruba Tuba and Niq Reefman. Also check out Pinball Lane and the old-skool pub games
Noosa Festival of Water: There's free fun, art and music at the Noosa Festival of Water this Sun 30 June, 10am – 3pm on the shores of Lake Macdonald at the Noosa Botanic Gardens, Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy. See the Gubbi Gubbi Dance Troupe, Geckoes Wildlife displays, weaving and tour the Botanic Gardens at 11.30am and 1.15pm. Food available on-site

A Dog's Breakfast: Rococo Bistro Noosa, 42 Hastings St launches A Dog’s Breakfast for your furry friends this Sun 30 June with a special menu of organic treats made in-house, including Kangaroo biscotti, Chicken liver biscuit and more. There’s also a clairvoyant, grooming and trainer. Small dogs $5, large dogs $8
Christmas in July: Traditional Christmas in July at Chester’s at Amamoor Lodge in the Noosa hinterland on Fri 5 July with seafood starter, turkey roast with trimmings, cheese and Christmas pudding with brandy custard. $69pp, BYO (no corkage).
