Mid season $200.00

Room Occupancy

• 1 brm - up to 2 pepople
• 2 brm - up to 4 pepople
• 3brm - up to 6 people
• Extra persons only on request - extra person charge of $20.00 will apply.
• Cots, high chairs, bed hire available on request at booking - a fee applies for this service. Stairgates are available complimentary.
• Check in time after 2.00pm.
• Check out time before 10.00am.
• Office Hours Monday - Saturday 8am - 6pm and Sunday & Public Holidays 8am - 12 noon
• Late checkouts can be arranged on request and subject to availability. A fee may apply to this service.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff stated will always apply.
2. Deposits - a deposit is required to secure all bookings. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
3. Refunds

   
   All Seasons: If cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $25.

   
   Mid Season: If cancelled less than 21 days before arrival date but more than 1 day from arrival, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

   
   High Season: Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable and to be paid in full.

   
   All bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of arrival are non- refundable and to be paid in full.

4. All cancellations within all seasons and at any time will incur a min of a $25.00 administration fee.
5. No refund on early departures.
