• Extra persons only on request - extra person charge of $30.00 per night including a roll away bed & linen.
• Cots, high chairs, bed hire available on request at booking - a fee applies for this service. A stairgate is available complimentary.
• Check in time after 2.00pm.
• Check out time before 10.00am.
• Late checkouts can be arranged on request and subject to availability. A fee may apply to this service.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff stated will always apply.
• Deposits - a deposit is required to secure all bookings. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
• Refunds -

  Mid – High Season

  • If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $25.00
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

  Low Season

  • If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $25.00
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee $25.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
• All cancellations within all seasons and at any time will incur a min of a $25.00 administration fee.
• No refund on early departures.
